The employee product is real as a goal. It is not a live sale.

A local business paying a monthly retainer for a named agent with a real computer is still the product we intend. Website as the front door. Agent as the person behind it. That is what $5,000 / month would mean.

Today you cannot buy that. The named loop we can walk is Riley at Fixture Trade Shop — a fixture inbound, an unsent draft, a weekly log. It is MaxAI HQ machinery, not your employee. Do not send $5,000 for it.

Not a chat bubble. Not “we prompt ChatGPT for you.” A named agent with a computer — browser, files, inbox drafts, your website, your hub record — that works one mapped job in your shop and stays on our servers.

That is the vision. It is not what is standing on a paying client today. Zero paying clients.

The website (the front door)

A site for the actual business. The form posts into our hub so the agent can see the job. If nobody can start work from the site, we did not ship a front door.

Quality sample exists (Superior Plumbing). That business did not pay us. It is not a client employee either.

This is the contract we will keep this week. If a sentence below sounds like your shop already has an employee named Riley, it does not.

1. Raise a hand

The form on this page posts to POST /api/v1/leads/inbound. Fixture emails are screened and not enqueued. A real owner’s note lands in the MaxAI hub. We do not charge a card. We do not start a call.

2. Riley — fixture only

On the VPS, named_loop process inbound_followup, agent Riley, shop Fixture Trade Shop. Inbound from [email protected]. Draft status. sent_at empty. paying_client=0. Weekly log for week 2026-W34. $0 collected.

3. Front-door sample

We can host a trade website with a working form. 171 Superior Plumbing is the sample. Not a client. Not MRR. Custom domain and a real shop’s agent are not this week’s delivery.

How a week actually looks today

  1. HQ intake. You send the form. Max sees it. Nothing is billed. Checkout stays closed.
  2. Fixture loop. Riley reads a fixture inquiry, writes an unsent follow-up, writes a weekly log. The owner tap to send does not exist because there is no real mailbox and no real shop.
  3. What does not happen. No email is sent. No call is placed. No card is charged. Stripe SKUs exist; this page still will not charge them. Hub catalog has no managed_agent. Possibles in the CRM are not clients.

What is not for sale — including the $5,000 retainer

  • A $5,000 / month named employee for your business. Not defensible. The only named loop on the VPS is Riley / Fixture Trade Shop. paying_client=0. Drafts unsent. We will not take $5,000 for that.
  • Phone / AI receptionist. Calling is unarmed on purpose.
  • Card checkout on this page. Live Stripe checkout returns 503 until a real Missouri LLC and EIN exist. We will not fake a legal entity to take a card.

What a careful buyer should still reject — until these are gone

  1. You are advertising a $5,000 / month employee you have not delivered to anyone. The live named loop is Riley / Fixture Trade Shop, paying_client=0, sent_at empty. That is HQ/fixture, not my hire.
  2. You have collected $0 from a real customer as of 22 August 2026. There is no live logo to call.
  3. I cannot pay by card on this offer today. Checkout is 503 until a real LLC and EIN exist. You have not filed those yet.
  4. You cannot answer my phones. Calling is unarmed. For a plumber, that is a hole.
  5. Superior Plumbing is a sample, not a client. Riley is a fixture, not a client.
  6. MaxAI, LLC is staged, not formed. I would be talking to Max Higginbotham as a person until that filing exists.
  7. “Stays on” means your factory and VPS, not a desktop under my shop counter. If I need it on hardware I can see, this is the wrong vendor this month.

If those still kill the deal, they should. We would rather lose you on the truth than keep you on a $5k story we cannot run.
