These Terms govern your use of maxaihq.com and the services provided by MaxAI, a division of Max Enterprises ("we", "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide website design and build, an AI receptionist, lead generation, advertising management, Google Business Profile and SEO services, and related offerings for local businesses. A free website preview is offered for evaluation and carries no obligation to purchase.
Pricing is presented as one-time build fees and/or recurring monthly plans ("retainers"). Specific scope and price are confirmed before work begins. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Recurring plans continue until cancelled per the plan terms.
You may cancel a monthly plan with notice as described in your agreement; you retain access through the paid period. One-time build fees cover work performed. Refund eligibility is handled case-by-case in good faith.
You represent that you have the rights to any business information, images, or content you provide. On full payment for a one-time build, you own the delivered website files as described in your package.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes. We may decline or discontinue service for misuse.
We work hard to deliver quality outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or business results, which depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
